The Skills and Career Center at Tishreen University was established in 2011. The main objective of the center is to provide information and services related to career development to all students, staff and business owners in the labor market.
Also, the center works on helping fresher students to define their skills, strengths, and weaknesses in terms of employability and/or pursuing postgraduate studies.
Besides, the center supports students to understand work environments and the employment opportunities related to their academic field.
It also assists students in making informed decisions about their careers.
Other tasks of the center are designing, preparing and delivering training and development programs that are required by the labor market.
The center attempts at attracting organizations, agencies, and companies to market their job opportunities and to get the chance of meeting outstanding students of the university.
